You will have the opportunity to ask questions of a Water World Swim coach / an ESCAPE swim adviser.

Check-in will be open from 5pm – 9pm.

For nearly a decade, we have hosted a professional athlete panel and Escape Academy on the Friday before the race, and 2020 is no different. Hosted by 31-time ESCAPE finisher, Eric Gilsenan, the pro panel and detailed course presentation will run from 5:30 – 7pm. Athletes, family, and friends are welcome to attend in tandem with packet pick-up.

At 7:00pm, there will be a mandatory Aquathlon athlete meeting inside Sports Basement. This will be an important briefing specific to the Aquathlon - including a review of conditions, best practices, and the opportunity to address any lingering questions
